Homemade Pizza

On The Menu Tonight - Homemade Pizza!

I am not certain how this will turn out.  I cooked the dough but it tastes a little bitter, hopefully the sauce will help cover that up  =/  Here is the dough ball:

Sweet Husband will be home soon - I can't wait to serve him homemade pizza for the first time!!

  1. The pizza toppings were delish, but the dough was pretty gross and extremely bitter. I followed every step of the recipe for the dough. The only thing I can come up with is that flour has an expiration date. I am pretty sure that most people don't have to worry about flour going bad because they bake a lot and use it all up. However, I don't remember the last time I used my flour. It looked good and didn't smell bad...but I think I need to replace our flour. So something to know: Flour can expire and you need to replace it often.
